Carbon: Park Tank |
Description Park Tank is eight acres, 30-feet deep, and sheltered by many trees. The ample cover, which surrounds the tank, gives this site an isolated, park-like feel. The naturally occurring structure of the tank has been enhanced with additional tree limbs and brush. Stocked with black bass in the early 1980s, the tank has had very low fishing pressure. Last year, a 7.5 lb. bass was caught at Park Tank. There is no boat available for club use at this site. |
General Directions 7 miles West of Carbon. A little over 2 hours ( 140 miles) from Dallas. 1 hour and 45 minutes (115 miles) from Fort Worth. |
