Matagorda - Ashwood Palms |
Description Located southwest of Houston just south of Rosenburg. This site has 5 lakes ranging from 1-acre to 3-acres. These lakes are pretty much in the backyard of a house that can be leased for the night to members. There is also another building that has a large kitchen and dinning area. The lakes were built by the former owner of the house who was an avid hunter/fisherman. He did an excellent job with his management. Three of the lakes have very healthy bass and the other two have bluegill. All lakes have the ability to pump well water, so they will never be too low. There is excellent bank fishing and boats can be launched by hand. This is a very clean and manicured property and is great for corporate retreats, family reunions or just fishing for the day. |
