Humble: Buckhorn Ranch (See Photo Below) |
Description Buckhorn Ranch is one of the most beautiful sites the club has to offer. Large stands of Cypress trees surrounding the lake with thousands also standing in the middle of the water make it a unique experience. The lake is 75 acres in size with depths up to 14 ft and produces large bass on average with chances at double digits. The lake also contains large amounts of forage fish including Blue Gill, Tilapia, Gizzard Shad, and Thread Fin. White Bass can also be found here. Currently, there is no club boat available on site but, small boats can also be launched off the bank. This site should be appreciated for fishing quality and aesthetics. |
