Grapeland: Bennett Lake (See Photo Below) |
Description Bennett Lake is 40 acres with depths up to 30 feet. This lake has been around since the 50’s and has always been full of fish. Since 2001 this lake has been under intense management by the new landowner. The lake was put on a fertilization program and additional cover and forage fish have been added. You can see the results with very healthy looking bass. Bank fishing is very limited. 2 Jon boats are available for a fee. Outside boats are allowed but must be clean and able to be hand launched. No gas motors. |
